Can’t Tell a Difference
The waterproof technology in La Sportiva’s Bushido II GTX Trail Running Shoe is so undetectable that you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between this and the non-waterproof Bushido II. It features an ultra-thin GORE-TEX Invisible Fit waterproof, breathable membrane for wet weather protection that you won’t notice. Apart from that, it features the same design that made the original Bushido beloved among trail runners. A slip-on construction gives a sock-like fit without any painful pressure points. The gusseted, padded tongue gives appropriate coverage and plenty of comfort. Underfoot, the Busido II features comfortable cushioning and a rockguard for comfort on long-distance trails with the occasional scree field. A dual-density version of La Sportiva’s grippy FriXion XT rubber improves grip and traction on most surfaces.
